Invisalign® Phase Two

The goal of Invisalign Phase II treatment is to align permanent teeth to maximize their function and appearance. Phase II treatment can reduce the need for full braces and eliminate the need to extract permanent teeth. The force required to move teeth is produced by the flex of the sturdy, yet malleable plastic applied in a specific desired direction. The aligners will transition your teeth into the desired position one tray at a time, so the number of trays needed will depend on how much correction is required. Phase II Treatment is best done after all permanent teeth have erupted, usually between the ages of eleven and thirteen.
