Treatment Care Coordinator
I really enjoy interacting with our patients. I love to see their faces light up when they hear they’re going to get braces, and being part of their journey to a perfect smile is so rewarding. As our Treatment Care Coordinator, I am the patient’s and the family’s first and last point of contact in the office. In addition to managing the phones and schedule, I present treatment plans and financial information, explaining everything and answering questions.
When I’m not in the office, you can find me hiking the San Diego trails with my dogs and indulging in my musical interests. I’m a transplant from Chicago and love experiencing and exploring the West Coast!

Nothing is better than watching our patients come in every day and seeing their smile. My favorite days are when patients get their braces removed and watching them smile with so much confidence. Getting to know the families through this journey is always such a rewarding experience. I am in charge of scheduling, working with our treatment coordinator, coordinating with insurance, setting up payments, and getting to know you at the front desk.
In my free time, I enjoy a lot of hiking with my dog and watching my favorite sport, hockey. I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada; however, I have been in San Diego for 5 years and absolutely fell in love with this city.

Financial and Insurance Coordinator
I love working in a fun office, and since we see our patients regularly, I get to know them on a personal level. It’s incredible to watch their personalities change and grow as they see the changes in their smile, and everyone here cheers and celebrates on the day braces are removed. Seeing those amazing new smiles, and knowing I’ve played a part in making them happen, is very fulfilling. I manage the insurance and billing functions for our patients, and make sure that all the paperwork is correct and there aren’t any issues.
Spending time with my family is always my preference when I’m not at work. I’m married and have two wonderful children. I also enjoy sightseeing outings, especially with my loved ones.

My favorite part of my job is seeing the confidence of our patients grow as they progress through their treatment with us. I love being there to welcome patients to our office and help get them on the road to having beautiful smiles, and seeing how happy they are when they finally achieve it. My role as a receptionist is to help patients schedule their visits with us both over the phone and in person, as well as answer any questions regarding finances or insurance.
Outside of work I love to explore the California countryside. I am originally from Illinois and have lived in California for two years now, so I spend as much time as I can enjoying the beautiful weather with my dog and many close friends I have made here throughout the years.

I enjoy having the opportunity to meet new people on a daily basis and see their transformation as they go through treatment with us. As a front office receptionist, I assist with patient scheduling and insurance coordination.
When not at work I love spending time with my family, exploring all the sites of beautiful San Diego, and traveling internationally.

Lead Orthodontic Clinician
Every day I come to work looking forward to the patients I’m going to see and talk with. Each of them is unique and wonderful, and I love the conversations that happen while I’m assisting in their orthodontic care. I never know what I’m going to learn about from a patient, but it’s always fascinating! As the lead assistant, my duties involve taking orthodontic X-rays, performing necessary infection control procedures, treatment care coordinating and assisting Dr. Grant during procedures.
I share my life with my fiance and two beautiful Bengal cats. When I’m not at work, I love to traveling and my favorite food: spaghetti!

Orthodontic Dental Assistant
I do everything I can to create a fun and exciting orthodontic journey for our patients. Being part of their transformation, and watching their whole life change as their new smile is created, is wonderful, and I love making that process as pleasant as possible for each person. My duties include taking the necessary X-rays for our records and diagnostics, making sure that everything is sterilized for infection control, and delivering chairside assistance, which involves helping Dr. Grant and the patient during procedures.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones and going on picnics with my dog to the park.

It’s very rewarding to play a role in that process, and along the way, I get to meet amazing new people and develop real friendships with them. Some of my duties as an orthodontic clinician are to provide chairside assistance while Dr. Grant cares for patients, as well as performing infection control and taking X-rays, too.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my dog doing outdoor activities.
